This 34,000 sf lab/office space was completed for life science start-ups to lease as an incubator space for their early years of operation. Completed in seven months within an occupied building, the scope of work included complete lab equipment furnish and install, kitchens, office areas, and Teknion glass window wall systems through-out. Able to accommodate seven different companies, the suites include all of the required laboratory equipment, materials, resources, and gases the companies may need for their research.
